How to eat a balanced diet?
To start a diet that tends towards nutritional balance, it is, therefore, necessary to consume fruit and vegetables, starchy foods, proteins, dairy products every day.
In general, most people consume a lot of starchy foods, proteins, and dairy products but too few fruits and vegetables. It is, therefore, on this aspect that it is vital to make an effort, by consuming at best five servings of vegetables and fruits per day. It may seem a lot when you have bad eating habits, but it is the minimum!
How to eat more fruits and vegetables?
It is true that eating three apples and two parts of leeks in one day can scare more than one! But there is a simpler way to consume lots of fruits and vegetables: fresh juices.
In this way, you can consume the equivalent of at least five servings of fruits and vegetables by drinking a simple glass of delicious juice.
What’s more, you will eat raw fruits and vegetables, which is better than cooking, which distorts the nutrients naturally found in fruits and vegetables. Making juices every day is, therefore, a great way to eat much better without forcing or depriving yourself!
You will see, once you get into the habit of drinking and eating more healthy things, your body will ask for it when it is lacking, and you will more and more want to eat healthily.
